YNG Learning Officer

MISSION OF THE yng LEARNING OFFICER

Plans and implements a learning program meeting YNGer needs across virtual and in-person event formats.


KEY GOALS of the yng LEARNING OFFICER

  • Plan, market and implement a learning program that meets YNGers needs.

  • Manage event champions.


RESPONSIBILITIES of the yng LEARNING OFFICER

  • Assist in identifying appropriate learning resources and event champions.

  • Assist the event champions to ensure all programs meet the needs of the community’s members.

  • Recruit day chairs/moderators for specific events.

  • Assist the day chairs in preparing resources and call scripts.

  • Coordinate with the management team to execute learning interventions and conduct follow-up.

  • Solicit and compile ratings.

TIME INVESTMENT OF THE YNG LEARNING OFFICER

  • Participate in all executive committee meetings -monthly/bimonthly/quarterly.

  • Participate in community events.

  • Meet with YNG Community chair regularly.

  • Meet with management team as needed.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA of the yng LEARNING OFFICER

  • YNGer in good standing between the age of 18-30. 

  • Passion for creating high impact programming and experiences.

  • Must have demonstrated leadership and engagement in YPO.
