Plans and implements a learning program meeting YNGer needs across virtual and in-person event formats.

Plan, market and implement a learning program that meets YNGers needs.
Manage event champions.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the yng LEARNING OFFICER
Assist in identifying appropriate learning resources and event champions.
Assist the event champions to ensure all programs meet the needs of the community’s members.
Recruit day chairs/moderators for specific events.
Assist the day chairs in preparing resources and call scripts.
Coordinate with the management team to execute learning interventions and conduct follow-up.
Solicit and compile ratings.

Participate in all executive committee meetings -monthly/bimonthly/quarterly.

YNGer in good standing between the age of 18-30.
Passion for creating high impact programming and experiences.
