Introducing the YNG Community

We are excited to share that YNG+ and YNG Local will soon come together as the YNG Community, aiming to foster connections of all kinds: friendship, Forum, mentoring, networking, and bonding over shared experience both virtually and in-person.

WHAT’S THE YNG COMMUNITY?

Launching 1 July 2021, the opt-in, user pay benefit will open to YPO members’ young adult children age 18-30. Once enrolled YNGers can connect with a network of peers around the world, join or create city based and interest groups, participate in Forum and attend a robust series of online and in-person programming.  The YNG Community is powered by a single site with access to all relevant YNG information, directory, events, city-based opportunities, discussion feeds, messaging features and the job and internship portal. Features include:

  • Directory and profiles of your YNG Community peers (like a digital rolodex).

  • Event marketing capabilities through the YNG Community platform allowing for promotion and increasing visibility of events.

  • Visibility across all YNG groups – both by city and by interest – making networking a breeze.

  • Access to participate with or start interest-based groups within the YNG Community platform. Within interest-based groups, members can share updates via discussions and see related programs and events.

  • Access to global offerings including in-person and virtual events, virtual mentoring, jobs and internships portal and more.

DEEP LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

  • Global leadership opportunities to serve on the YNG Community executive committee, champion events and serving as a leader of a city-based group.

  • Access to select YPO member-led Networks programming from large format live calls to intimate professional groups.

YPO Associate and Branding support

  • Insight into the brand guidelines with YPO-provided logos and brand library.

  • Dedicated YPO support to advocate and bridge groups around the globe with the YPO and YNG Community in partnership with local YPO chapters and YPO associates.

FOR YOUR FORUM

  • Micro-sites will be provided for city-based groups within the YNG Community platform where you can manage your membership, share group updates and check out event information. City-based groups with 25 or more members will be eligible for dedicated micro-sites.

  • Expanded Forum training support so you can tap into the Forum experience regardless of where you live.
